Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ProMan to break the law, including fair-housing and landlord-tenant law.
• Upload data you have no right to share, or another person’s data without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you put into ProMan. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities as a landlord or manager

ProMan is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and its templates and calculations do not substitute for professional advice. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your properties and tenancies, and for the accuracy of the records you keep.

Free trial and access to your data

Landlord and property-manager accounts start on a free trial. When it ends, the account remains open and its records stay readable — and exportable from the web console — but no new records can be added or changed until a paid plan is available and you subscribe. We show a reminder in the app before the trial ends. Tenant and service-provider accounts have no trial and are not affected. Deleting your account remains available whether or not a trial has ended, subject to the conditions in “Ending your use” below.

Service availability

We aim to keep ProMan available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent, may be refused while other members or active leases still depend on your organization, and does not remove records we must retain by law — both explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFC Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TFC Management LLC and its officers, employees, and agents arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ProMan — whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory — will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US $100). Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or certain other damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them and will revise the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: legal@proman-tfc.com.
